Enerjazz is building battery swapping network (like gasoline stations) for 2M+ electric vehicles in India.
The person will be reporting directly to founders.
The person must be very good at communication (not necessarily in English) and people management.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and security of office premises.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Ensure all administrative processes comply with legal standards.
- Assist with internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in administrative roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
