Job Description

Enerjazz is building battery swapping network (like gasoline stations) for 2M+ electric vehicles in India.

The person will be reporting directly to founders.

The person must be very good at communication (not necessarily in English) and people management.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the maintenance and security of office premises.

2. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.

3. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office-related needs.

4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

5. Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.

6. Ensure all administrative processes comply with legal standards.

7. Assist with internal audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

8. Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities.

9. Assist in planning and coordinating corporate events.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s/Masters degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 3+ years of experience in administrative roles.

3. Strong understanding of labor laws and best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Note : prefer Immediate joiner

Patent pending battery tech developed inhouse.

  • Three Rounds of interview. (One with existing HR. Two with founders/advisors/angel investors).
  • Short assignment
