We make it possible by owning the general ledger and unifying data across all business functions. • We're embedding AI across our entire product suite — and we're looking for a pragmatic, pioneering engineer to lead the way. • As Firstbase’s first AI hire, you’ll be at the forefront of how we apply AI to core business and product workflows. • You’ll own the end-to-end stack, from early prototyping to production deployment, working closely with product and engineering. • Expect high autonomy, a wide surface area to impact, and the opportunity to set the standard for AI inside the company. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Proven experience applying machine learning and/or LLMs to solve real-world product challenges in production. • 5+ years of professional experience with Machine Learning, ideally in a SaaS or product-led B2B environment. • 1+ years hands-on with LLMs and GenAI techniques — prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agents, etc. • Experience deploying on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and working with CI/CD and containerization workflows. • Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments — you move fast but think critically. • Bonus: exposure to data engineering or analytics pipelines. • Location: Latam/US • Mindset: Mediocrity is your enemy.
