Multi-Channel Communication: Engage leads through email, WhatsApp, SMS, and calls to build trust and encourage enrollment. Achieve Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a high-performance, competitive environment. Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics such as conversion rates, average revenue per lead, and average revenue per sale. Please note this is an in-person role. Interviews will be conducted at our Bangalore office. Our tech stack is Python/Django in the backend and React & Next.js in the frontend. We are small team of 3 engineers right now, building products for kids & teens to learn AI and Coding with live classes and online tools. Live classes, calendar management for teachers, gamified product for students, and a community where students can participate in Competitions are the key components of the product.
