Key Responsibilities
Design comprehensive training programs encompassing product knowledge, sales techniques and brand values
Assess and enhance training curriculum to keep pace with industry trends
Work closely with advisors and provide guidance in developing effective sales pitch that align with customer needs
Monitor sales performance of team and provide constructive feedback to help improve techniques to achieve sales targets
Providing coaching and mentorship to beauty advisors
Develop and maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics
Utilize data driven insights to identify trends and opportunities Requirements
Proven experience as a beauty/skincare/aesthetic advisor with a strong background in sales
In-depth knowledge of products and industry trends
Strong training skills with experience in developing training regimens
