We are looking for a Data Analyst who is passionate about leveraging data to drive operational excellence. This role blends technical breadth, business acumen, and analytical problem-solving skills, designed for someone eager to take on challenges and grow with us.
As part of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in turning complex datasets into valuable resources, and contributing to our culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
By 30 Days:
Deliver analyses that guide decisions at Fathom.
Learn about our dbt pipelines for transforming data.
By 90 Days:
Create updates in our ELT pipeline to move and transform data.
Made new data accessible to the wider team through our BI tool (Omni).
By one year:
Perform in-depth analysis of customer lifecycles and segmentation, identifying improvement and growth opportunities.
Automate anomaly detection of key business metrics to help flag any unexpected changes. Hard Skills
Advanced SQL
Strong foundation in statistical reasoning.
Experience in a SaaS environment (ideally B2B).
Familiarity with our tech stack: BigQuery (or similar), Python
Nice to have familiarity with: advanced data modeling, dbt, Looker/Omni, CRMs. Soft Skills
Curiosity-driven with a focus on delivering results.
