<h3>π Description</h3> β’ Fanatics Betting & Gaming is seeking a strategic and technically skilled Data Analyst III to power the analytics engine behind our Fanatics ONE loyalty program and our events that we offer to our high-value customers.
β’ You'll work closely with stakeholders across VIP, marketing, operations, loyalty, and product to build dashboards, uncover insights, and scale the systems that enhance the experience for our most valuable customers.
β’ This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decisions across high-value customer engagement, reinvestment strategy, and the performance and operations of both acquisition and retention events.
β’ Build and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards that track high-value customer program performance, event engagement, and customer reinvestment metrics.
β’ Write performant SQL queries to extract and analyze large-scale datasets for ad-hoc analysis and recurring reporting.
β’ Partner with VIP and Events leadership to develop insights that inform customer segmentation, event targeting, and retention strategies.
β’ Track and evaluate the performance of live and digital VIP experiences, including cost, attendance, and downstream impact on customer behavior.
β’ Develop predictive and strategic insights to guide ticketing to Fanatics ONE events.
β’ Collaborate with data engineering to optimize pipelines and maintain clean, reliable data sources.
β’ Present analytical findings to stakeholders across commercial, marketing, operations, loyalty, and executive leadership.
β’ Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve data workflows for scale. <h3>π― Requirements</h3> β’ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or data engineering roles.
β’ Advanced proficiency in SQL, with experience analyzing customer-level and transactional datasets.
β’ Strong Tableau skills for visualizing complex data and presenting to cross-functional audiences.
β’ Proven ability to operate as a strategic analyst, using data not just for reporting but to drive business decisions, optimize operations, and influence cross-functional priorities.
β’ Experience evaluating event performance and customer-level ROI in fast-paced, consumer-focused environments.
β’ Comfort with data pipeline design and automation best practices.
β’ Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into strategy for both technical and non-technical audiences.
