Data Analytics and Reporting Intern

<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Build and maintain recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) that support operational efficiency and team performance. • Create ad-hoc reports and analyses, and share your findings through visuals, presentations, and conversations. • Join project teams to explore software platforms and their data capabilities—learning and adapting as you go. • Work with data warehouses, IVR systems, and databases to compile data into clear, user-friendly formats. • Make independent decisions on how to retrieve and analyze data, using your judgment to guide your approach. • Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all outputs. • Stay flexible and curious as you adapt to new tools and systems. • Collaborate with the C3 leadership team to understand business needs and recommend data-driven solutions. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Currently enrolled in a degree program in Data Science, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. • Expected graduation date of May 2026 preferred. • Proficient in Microsoft Office. • Experience with Tableau and Alteryx is a plus. • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • A curious, analytical mindset with a customer-first approach.
