<h3>πŸ“‹ Description</h3> β€’ Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. β€’ You will be supporting data-driven decisions to improve IT operations and beyond. β€’ This role requires a strong foundation in data analytics, data engineering, and business expertise to effectively analyse IT data, develop actionable insights, and drive strategic initiatives. β€’ You will work closely with IT teams, business stakeholders, and data professionals to uncover insights, optimise processes, and improve operational efficiency at scale. β€’ You will also play a key role in data governance, infrastructure optimisation, and workflow automation, ensuring that IT teams can leverage high-quality data to make informed decisions. β€’ While the core focus will be on analytics engineering principlesβ€” designing scalable data models, optimising pipelines, and enabling self-serve analytics β€”this role will also involve driving process improvements, developing key IT metrics, and enhancing IT performance tracking. β€’ At the moment, this role is focused on: Data Exploration & Insights, Data Modelling & Engineering, Data Visualization & Reporting, Automation & Optimisation, Collaboration & Business Impact, GenAI Enablement. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> β€’ You have a rich and relevant experience in data analytics, analytics engineering, or data science, ideally with exposure to IT data or operational analytics. β€’ Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and modelling. β€’ Experience with data warehousing tools such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. β€’ Familiarity with data modelling best practices (dbt, Kimball methodology, or similar). β€’ Hands-on experience with BI and visualisation tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI. β€’ Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using BI solutions. β€’ Familiarity with data governance and data management principles, with a track record in applying standardisation across disparate datasets and implementing technical controls on data pipelines. β€’ Familiarity with API tools and Automation platforms β€’ Hands-on experience using CICD tools and PR processes (Github, Jira, Juniper, etc.) β€’ Curiosity and self-drive to continuously learn new techniques and tools to extract value from data. β€’ Good written, verbal communication, and collaborative skills, with the ability to design and build using high-level requirements. β€’ Experience owning, tracking, and delivering goals, working in teams <h3>πŸ–οΈ Benefits</h3> β€’ Equity packages – we want our success to be yours too β€’ Inclusive parental leave policy that supports all parents & carers β€’ An annual Vibe & Thrive allowance to support your wellbeing, social connection, office setup & more β€’ Flexible leave options that empower you to be a force for good, take time to recharge and support you personally
