• Gradient Network is looking for a Research Scientist with a strong foundation in machine learning, systems, or cryptography to help reimagine how intelligence is created and shared in a decentralized world.
• You’ll investigate core scientific challenges of decentralized AI — such as distributed training, model integrity, incentive design, and privacy-preserving intelligence — and work alongside engineers to bring these breakthroughs into production.
• This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, prototypes fast, and wants their work to shape the trajectory of next-gen AI infrastructure. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Background in computer science, machine learning, applied mathematics, or a related field
• Demonstrated research experience in distributed ML, secure computation, federated learning, or incentive systems
• Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate complex ideas effectively
