Pump.co is on the lookout for a Demand Generation Lead to drive our business forward. This role is your chance to shape our growth story and be a vital part of our dynamic team. Design and implement a comprehensive demand generation strategy that includes both organic and paid marketing efforts to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Develop and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business objectives and sales goals. Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and report on key metrics such as lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI. Create and manage demand generation budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources to maximize campaign effectiveness. Conduct market and customer research to identify opportunities, challenges, and emerging trends in the industry. Collaborate with marketing team to produce high-quality, relevant content that resonates with target audiences and supports demand generation goals. Implement lead scoring systems to prioritize leads and develop nurturing programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel. Will start with managing a $100K/month paid media budget, with opportunity to scale. Be ready to adjust strategies based on evolving market trends and user feedback. Collaborate with marketing, tech, and other departments to ensure our brand message is consistent. Must have managed an annual budget of at least $3M. Proven track record as a Growth Marketing Lead or in a similar role. Familiarity with tech or cloud services is a plus. Craft engaging content and campaigns that capture attention. Use insights to refine strategies and make informed decisions. Be ready to adjust strategies based on evolving market trends and user feedback. Collaborate with marketing, tech, and other departments to ensure our brand message is consistent.
