One of India's fastest growing consumer health startups -- Clinikally.com -- is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager. You will craft and build out the digital strategy playbook that will drive Clinikally’s next phase of growth towards achieving massive scale.
The role:
Strategy and execution of brand and performance campaigns as per business objectives & growth targets, along with day-to-day monitoring, reporting and delivery of media plans
Conduct regular on-page audits, off-page audits, technical audits, competitor analysis, and benchmarking, and be able to collaborate cross functionally with product/dev teams
Plan & deliver monthly growth numbers for relevant teams
Coordinate with other cross-functional teams to build brand/category specific intelligence
Maintain budget and billing processes to ensure propriety & accuracy
Scope out salient metrics and be responsible for delivery of the KPIs
Critically evaluate media delivery & creatives and suggest improvements
Put together daily, weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics
Manage an interdisciplinary team of 4-6 that will help execute your goals
Create SEO/digital marketing strategies and planning them according to the Google's latest algorithms to drive long-term & sustainable organic growth The best fit:
Extensive & in-depth knowledge of various aspects of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, email marketing & branding
Experience with SEO Tools - Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Webmaster, WordPress, Medium, Google Tag Manager
Skilled with using tools like Google Analytics, Google Webmasters, Google Tag Manager
Proficient in digital media planning tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube ads etc
Passionate about building a high growth, high impact startup
Hands on experience with Programmatic, Google UAC and Shopping/Pmax campaigns
Exposure to large scale display & native ads is a plus
Exposure to app marketing campaigns will go a long way
Minimum 3-4 years of experience running campaigns at scale (1M+ MAU) for high growth brands/marketplaces
University or College degree/diploma in Media, Marketing, Business, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft excel
Some experience in consumer health or e-pharmacy
Budgets handled > 50L-1CR per month
