What You’ll Do ● Lead and oversee the accounting, finance, and compliance functions of the organization. ● Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analyses in line with statutory and regulatory requirements. ● Develop, monitor, and control budgets, forecasts, and financial planning processes. ● Implement strong internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure operational efficiency. ● Oversee audits (internal and external) and coordinate with auditors to ensure compliance. ● Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) and adherence to applicable laws. ● Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making. ● Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions effectively. ● Evaluate investment opportunities, cost optimization strategies, and risk management practices. ● Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve organizational goals. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth, expansion, and profitability. What We’re Looking For ● Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, or equivalent qualification required. ● Proven experience (6-8 years) in finance and accounting, with at least 2–4 years in a leadership/controllership role. ● Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP), taxation, and compliance requirements. ● Proficiency in financial management systems and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.). ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. ● Strong leadership, team management, and communication abilities. ● High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail. Good to Have ● Experience in [insert relevant industry: e-commerce, manufacturing, IT, FMCG, etc.]. ● Exposure to international finance, multi-currency transactions, and global compliance (if applicable). ● Strong business acumen with the ability to partner with leadership on strategy and growth.
