From simple check calls with truck drivers, to contract price negotiations between enterprises, our AI agents are able to provide and gather information more efficiently than other alternatives. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups. We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast, on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year. About The Role As a Solution Engineer, you’ll engage with clients to understand their challenges, develop tailored solutions, and ensure smooth implementation. This is a hybrid role that blends technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer engagement. You’re a versatile engineer who thrives in a role that blends customer engineering with technical development. You will work closely with our customers from onboarding through to their ongoing use of Happyrobot's AI platform, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
