We target the logistics industry which relies heavily on communication to book, check on, & pay for freight. Primarily working with freight brokers, 3PLs, freight forwarders, shippers, warehouses, & other supply chain enterprises and tech startups.

We raised a Series A round from a16z and YC and we’re growing very fast, on track to hit double digit ARR by June this year.

About The Role

As a Solution Engineer, you’ll engage with clients to understand their challenges, develop tailored solutions, and ensure smooth implementation. This is a hybrid role that blends technical expertise, problem-solving, and customer engagement.

You’re a versatile engineer who thrives in a role that blends customer engineering with technical development. You will work closely with our customers from onboarding through to their ongoing use of Happyrobot's AI platform, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.

Tech Profile

• Engineering background.

• Languages & Scripting: Python, JavaScript, SQL.

• APIs & Integrations: REST, GraphQL, OAuth, JWT.

• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase... Must have
