In just 7 months since founding, we are already on track to reach €1M ARR, and we continue to grow massively.

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate / Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to help us grow our customer base and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role for candidates with high agency. As the right hand of the founders, you will work side-by-side with us and collaborate closely with customers across the entire lifecycle — from outreach and lead generation to closing deals and ensuring customer success.

  • Work side-by-side with the founders on high-priority, high-impact tasks and lead teams

  • Reach out to customers, generate leads and grow our customer base

  • Work closely and communicate with customers on a daily basis

  • Collaborate across product, customer success, and commercial

  • Translate your customer insights into new features and prototypes

  • Drive recruiting and onboarding of a stellar core team

  • Build the company foundations: set up infrastructure and core operational processes

  • Lead, coach & mentor other team members and support them to reach ambitious goals Personality & Experience

  • You’re outgoing, energetic, enjoy talking to customers and like to convince people

  • You bring first experience in sales (ideally SaaS/tech/B2B) with demonstrable success in prospecting, pipeline generation, and deal closing

  • You have worked in high-growth environments (e.g. startup, consulting)

  • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in German & English Commitment & Mindset:

Step 1: Intro call

Casual intro meeting with one of the founders to get to know each other and introduce Mercura.

Step 2: Practical exercise & role play

💡 At Mercura, we value our applicants' time. That's why we compensate you with €50 if we ask you to complete a take-home challenge.

Two practical exercises to showcase your skills, followed by a call to walk us through your approach, insights, and solution for the exercise. The call will include a role play in which we simulate the interaction with a customer.

Meet the other co-founders and team members to get a feel for our culture and working style.

Step 4: Offer
