About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on AI Engineer, super passionate about AI engineering, to design and scale AI agents. Join our dynamic, friendly, close-knit team to build impactful LLM-powered solutions at speed. Responsibilities Build and refine LLM-based agents, focusing on retrieval-augmented generation and data retrieval systems Develop robust AI evaluation frameworks, metrics, and methodologies Demonstrate NLP fundamentals (tokenisation, embeddings, LLM understanding) Practise prompt engineering (few-shot, role-based, …), continuously testing and optimising prompts with tools like Weave or Laminar Balance constraints (token limits, cost, speed) while maintaining clear, structured outputs Apply back-end expertise for data-intensive applications, writing clean, modular Python code and performing quick data processing What Values We’re Looking For and what you can expect the Saturn team to be: Pursue Greatness: Strive for excellence in everything you do, iterating, learning, growing, and embracing discipline to drive progress.
