Founding AI Engineer, Fira

At Fira, we create the best financial AI agent to automate work in financial service firms. Our goal is to build the best LLM-based product that is tailored for financial analysis workflows, integrated into company's knowledge, and securely deployed. Alexey and I (Alex) are both second-time technical founders, with Alexey having a successful exit. We recently went through the winter Y Combinator batch, raised funding, and already have one of the best products. We're seeing strong demand for Fira and actively hiring first employees to leverage the momentum. As our first hire, you’ll take the lead in building our financial AI agent at the frontier of LLM apps. We expect you to proactively design and apply novel solutions across the entire stack. The primary responsibility is making sure a model always has the right context and answers accurately against eval datasets. You’ll own the agent’s tech roadmap, shape our engineering culture, and grow into a leading expert.
