About Us: We are building an AI powered ERP for construction companies in the US and are disrupting a massive 30 year old industry. We are a fast-paced startup where things are changing quickly, and design moves rapidly. We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Frontend React Developer to join our dynamic team.

• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems, APIs, and databases to support our product.
• Collaborate with the founding team to define and implement technical architecture and infrastructure.
• Build scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant systems that can handle growth and adapt to change.
• Lead the selection of frameworks, tools, and technologies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while maintaining high coding standards.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth deployment processes. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance and reliability.

Qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Strong foundation in computer science basics, including algorithms, data structures, and distributed systems.

• Proficiency in at least one backend programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go, etc.).

• Experience designing and managing scalable systems and RESTful or GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL), caching strategies, and cloud services.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down complex problems into elegant solutions.

• A self-starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of projects and work independently. Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in early-stage startups or building products from scratch.

• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of DevOps practices, infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring tools. Exposure to machine learning pipelines, AI agents.
