Founding Engineer at Cair Health

Cair Health is an innovative early-stage healthcare technology startup on a mission to revolutionize the medical insurance claims process. We are developing a platform that leverages machine learning and LLMs to automate tasks related to submitting and reviewing medical insurance claims. Our platform provides healthcare providers with predictive insights into claims and automates the submission process.

Founded by healthcare and technology experts from UC Berkeley, Cair Health is backed by industry-leading investors like Y Combinator, Foundation Capital, Soma Capital, and CapitalX.

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer that will work closely with the Founders to improve and further develop the product. They’ll be in charge of further developing the predictive capabilities of our ML model. We’re looking for someone excited to work in a start-up environment and willing to take charge to push the product forward.

We’re excited about our direction and looking to bring a passionate engineer to join our journey. This is a founding role giving the engineer an opportunity to make an impact from day one and grow alongside the company.

• Collaborate closely with the founders to shape the product vision and roadmap.
• Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for our platform.

• Proven experience in software development, preferably deploying solutions at scale.
• Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics.
• Experience with healthcare data is a plus.
