In just six months we’ve grown to >$1 M ARR. We’re looking for someone who can help us scale and keep accelerating. What You’ll Do Build the workflow backbone – build and create pipelines that ingest, deduplicate and enrich millions of company & contact records. Productionize agentic pipelines – turn prototype LLM production grade pipelines Guarantee speed & resilience – instrument tracing, metrics, and alerting so the platform stays sub-second and fault-tolerant as we grow to hundreds of customers. Set backend standards – establish schema design and observability patterns that every future engineer will follow. Experience designing and scaling production databases from zero to high-traffic workloads. 2-4 years shipping production code across TypeScript, React, Next.js.
