At CambioML, we believe that exceptional engineers are not confined by a specific set of tools. Here is the stack that we use on a daily basis:

- Cloud Service Provider: AWS

- Backend: FastAPI, Kubernetes, and Docker for monolithic services or AWS micro services for serverless architecture. Python is our primary language.

- Frontend: React and Next.js

- Machine Learning: PyTorch for our foundational model training and vllm for model serving.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with strong frontend knowledge.

- 2 - 5 years frontend React, Next.js experience

- 2 - 5 years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, operations experience and launching software products.

- 2 - 5 years of non-internship experience with data structures, algorithms, and OOP.

- Bias for Action: Speed matters in business. Many decisions and actions are reversible and do not need extensive study. We value calculated risk taking.

- Customer Obsession: Leaders start with the customer and work backwards. - They work vigorously to earn and keep customer trust. Although leaders pay attention to competitors, they obsess over customers.

- Ownership: Leaders are owners. They think long term and don’t sacrifice long-term value for short-term results. They act on behalf of the entire company, beyond just their own team. They never say “that’s not my job.”

- Invent and Simplify: Leaders expect and require innovation and invention from their teams and always find ways to simplify.

- Learn and Be Curious: Leaders are never done learning and always seek to improve themselves. They are curious about new possibilities and act to explore them.
