As GTM moves past static databases like Apollo, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn, agentic LLMs now search, scrape, listen, and structure data into high‑value insights. We believe GTM engineer is going to be the first engineering role to be fully automated by AI agents. Demand is extremely high, and we want to scale as quickly as possible. You'll be building the SOTA Agents and Search layer for GTM teams using the most cutting edge Agent tools like Browser Agents, Research Agents and Multi-Agent Workflows. Extensive Prompt Engineering, Evaluation, Monitoring - optimizing for accuracy and speed. Optimize agent data and compute consumption optimization Handle durable and parallel execution of long running agent workflows You’ll be working on next-gen Frontend for Agent first software You’ll be working on cloud infra for Agent first software Work with vector Databases, Re-rankers and writing large scale data aggregation and processing pipelines.
