Circleback helps teams get the most out of every conversation with best-in-class AI-powered meeting notes, action items, automations, and search. Every meeting will be AI-enabled in the next 2 years. We are building Circleback to help teams tap into the goldmine of data from their conversations. We are a product-orientated, technical team with backgrounds working in engineering at Stripe, Twitter, Tableau, and Microsoft. This is a high-ownership role with a significant impact on the trajectory of Circleback. Circleback is used by thousands of people every day. We're ready to scale existing motions and come up with new ways to get Circleback in front of people. You'll be responsible for scaling growth across the entire funnel–from bringing awareness to new customers to identifying bottlenecks in activation and retention. Develop a deep understanding of how the product grows and our conversion funnels Create and iterate on dashboards to monitor growth both at a high level and granularly Model our growth to identify and execute on key growth levers across the entire funnel Design, spec, and help implement experiments that drive compounding growth Dig into product usage and user journeys to uncover where growth is already happening–and how to amplify it Develop a deep understanding of the product to articulate value for different customer segments Analyze user journeys for traits or events indicative of strong acquisitions, conversion, and retention Build and scale systems for growth You love winning You're a builder–you like figuring things out and thrive in 0 → 1 environments with lots of autonomy You're highly analytical and comfortable with SQL, metrics, and experimentation You think in systems You can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to execute on the details You're comfortable being wrong and learning fast You're curious, move fast, and care deeply about helping users get value You have strong writing instincts and know how to communicate ideas simply and clearly Have experience running growth experiments at SaaS or product-led companies Bonus if you… Can sketch out and ship lightweight product or frontend changes Have good design or storytelling skills Have experience creating product-led content that drives awareness and adoption We're profitable, growing, and the product is loved by thousands We have product-market fit and strong retention You'll be our first growth hire and will work closely with the founders This is a rare opportunity to help define the trajectory of a company early on TypeScript Next.js React Tailwind GCP Prisma Postgres
