Confido is building an AI-native operating system for brands that sell into brick-and-mortar retail. We’re building intuitive and powerful software paired with AI agents that help brands automate the 1000s of hours of tedious manual work that goes into scaling a brand in retail. Brands like Baskin Robbins and Olipop use our first products in accounting and planning to account for and plan for $Bs of retail revenue.

You will be the right hand to the CEO and CTO building the team.
What You'll Do:
Own the full cycle of attracting top-tier talent to our team across functions
Implement analytics to track and optimize performance across the hiring funnel
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and build effective recruiting strategies About You:
You've recruited in an early stage startup for 3+ years with a track record of progression and expanding scope
You’re both competitive and kind
Willingness to work at our NYC Headquarters 5 days a week Confido develops in: Ruby on Rails for our back-end, TypeScript React for the front-end, and Python for ML services and R&D analysis. We also use a variety of cloud/serverless services including AWS Textract, Lambda, S3, SES, Postgres, Porter K8s, and Render.
