One of India's fastest growing consumer health startups -- Clinikally -- is looking for motivated and talented Frontend Engineer to join our dynamic team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both web and mobile development while contributing to our custom e-pharmacy and telehealth platform in a major way.
As a Frontend engineer, you'll immerse yourself in the heart of building in digital health. This role is a blend of technical development and solving interesting problems, and you will ideally have a solid understanding of cutting-edge frontend technologies, frameworks and cloud application development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and maintaining user interfaces for our custom web platform
- Collaborate with senior developers to implement responsive and accessible designs
- Participate in coding, testing, and debugging
- Learn and apply best practices in front-end and mobile development
- Assist in integrating front-end components with back-end services and APIs
- Document code and maintain technical documentation
- Lead dedicated teams of interns and fresh graduates working on frontend development
Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Science, Mobile App Development, or a related field
- Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js, or Angular)
- Some understanding of mobile app development principles
- Some experience with at least one mobile development framework (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android development)
- Basic understanding of version control systems (preferably Git)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- You care deeply about customer needs and solving them with product

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with e-commerce/e-pharmacy or healthcare-related web/mobile applications
- Proficiency in React Native or Flutter for cross-platform mobile development
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for both web and mobile interfaces
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to integrate them in web and mobile apps
- Experience with responsive web design and mobile-first approaches
- Familiarity with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX)
