Full-Stack Engineer

By bringing leading skin doctors online and their valued recommendations under one comprehensive platform, we are making trusted and science-backed healthcare accessible to all. We are hiring a Founding Full Stack Engineer team member with an owner mentality, can wear many hats, and is familiar with and interested in e-commerce, digital health and telehealth. With Clinikally, there is no limit to how much responsibility you can take from growth to operations to even product. You will work directly with the Founder & CXOs to shape the next phase of scale for one of India’s most exciting consumer health platforms that is backed by leading Global investors. What You Will Do:

1. Dvelop of our custom web and mobile applications, including re-platforming given growing scale
2. Architect and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions for both web and mobile platforms built across doctor consultation (booking, prescription flow) and e-pharmacy use cases.
3. Manage and mentor a growing team of developers, including code reviews & technical guidance
4. Collaborate with product managers and designers to define and implement new features
5. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs to support web and mobile applications
6. Ensure high performance, responsiveness, and security across all platforms
7. Implement best practices in software development, including Agile methodologies Requirements:
8. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
9. 3+ years of experience in full stack development, with time spent leading a team
10. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js)
11. Experience with server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails)
12. Proven experience in mobile app development, preferably with React Native
13. Some familiarity with native iOS (Swift) and Android (Kotlin) development
14. Strong understanding of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL)
15. Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure)
16. Experience with LLM APIs a huge plus Preferred Qualifications:
17. Experience in e-commerce and/or healthcare-related applications
18. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes)
19. Familiarity with GraphQL and microservices architecture
20. Experience with real-time communication protocols (e.g., WebSockets)
21. Understanding of HIPAA compliance and data security best practices
