We’re hiring a Health Coach to guide and coach SiPhox members and help them achieve their goals. In this role, you’ll conduct 1:1 virtual sessions with users, helping them understand their biomarker insights, refine their health goals, and build an action plan tailored to them.
You’ll be a bridge between raw data and real-world change, turning lab results and reports into clear, practical strategies for nutrition, supplementation, lifestyle, and habit-building.
Employment Type: Independent Contractor
Schedule: Flexible, starting at approximately 2 hours per day with opportunity to scale as the service grows
Location: Fully remote (worldwide candidates welcome)
Time: flexible within 8 AM - 10 PM US time
Client Consultations: Lead virtual coaching calls with users who’ve received their SiPhox reports—explaining their biomarker data in clear, accessible language
Pre-Session Preparation: Review client biomarker reports and prepare personalized discussion points
Action Plan Development: Create and deliver comprehensive follow-up action plans with specific optimization recommendations
Documentation: Complete detailed session summaries and client reports
Coordination: Coordinate with our product and science teams to evolve user guidance and integrate feedback into our tools
Continuous Learning: Stay current with the latest research in biomarker interpretation and health optimization strategies
Professional Communication: Maintain clear, empathetic, and professional communication with diverse clientele Must-have:
Relevant degree, diploma, or professional training in health-related field (Medicine, Nutrition, Biomedical Sciences, Dietetics, Nursing, Exercise Science, or equivalent)
OR professional certifications in health coaching or related wellness fields (e.g. NBC-HWC, FMCHC, IIN, or similar)) with demonstrated competency in blood work, nutrition, and health fields
Strong foundation in human physiology and health optimization strategies
Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
Experience explaining complex health concepts to non-medical audiences Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with hormone optimization, supplementation protocols, nutritional plans or wearable data
Background in working with wellness-focused or performance-oriented users
Experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-forward health company Technical Requirements:
