As the GTM Lead, you’ll work closely with the CEO to accelerate Arva’s growth by driving strategy, optimising the GTM machine, and ensuring execution. You will be a force multiplier, bringing structure and focus to the team as we scale. About the Role As GTM Lead, you will: Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Build and refine scalable processes to support a rapidly growing customer base. Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, ensuring alignment across GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships). Manage key projects, track progress against objectives, and ensure accountability. Act as a thought leader with the CEO in the compliance and fintech space. Drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion. Build and refine scalable processes to support a rapidly growing customer base. Act as a trusted advisor and thought leader, ensuring alignment across GTM teams (sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships). What You’ll Do Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to develop and execute GTM strategies, ensuring alignment with Arva’s mission and business goals. Process Optimisation: Identify inefficiencies and implement systems to improve speed, clarity, and results across GTM operations. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze key metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations. Leadership Support: Prepare materials, insights, and updates for executive meetings, board discussions, and investor presentations. Team Enablement: Foster collaboration across teams, ensuring resources and priorities align with GTM objectives. Execution: Drive critical initiatives, manage priorities, and keep the GTM team focused on high-impact opportunities.
