Now we’re looking for our first growth hire - someone who lives and breathes growth, knows how to drive adoption of a product from early users to 100K users What you’ll do Build and scale content-led growth (LinkedIn, X, TikTok). Own April’s growth end-to-end — strategy, execution, and results. Create, direct and run B2C viral motions. Run experiments for acquisition, activation, retention, and monetization. Drive organic sign-ups: ASO audits, SEO/geo targeting, distribution hacks. Use analytics tools to understand behavior and double down on what works as an Aha moment. Work with founders to craft April’s brand voice across social and community. Ship quick experiments, learn fast, and repeat. What we’re looking for Proven: You’ve grown a product from 0 → 100K+ users (independently or as a key driver). Content native: You have a strong presence on at least one platform (Li, X, TikTok). Experimenter: You know how to design, run, and analyze growth experiments. Data-driven: Comfortable with analytics tools Productivity nerd: You’ve used and loved tools like Superhuman, Notion, Motion — and voice AI.
