Head of Growth at Overview

Overview is a company that takes the cutting edge in computer vision and deep learning and applies it to previously unsolvable manufacturing inspection problems. We are truly a full stack company. We install physical cameras into the facility, run inference on the edge and manage massive deployments. Overview also streams gigabytes of video/image data to the cloud for our web platform to give customers advanced insights and analytics.

We are looking for engineers who like to solve tough challenges across the stack. This might include wrangling 500mb images or deploying optimized models in one click that can handle 10 parts a second. We are looking for people who are dynamic, who are excited to work on a different challenge every week, whether it's the final inspection on a medical device or making sure a razor blade has a perfect edge.

🧠 The Role

We're looking for someone who’s excited to roll up their sleeves and build from the ground up. This is a high-impact individual contributor role — you’ll be the first dedicated growth hire at Overview, working closely with the founding team to design, execute, and scale our growth engine.

If you're successful in the role, there will be plenty of opportunity to grow into leadership, but this position starts hands-on and execution-driven.

Your focus: use AI agents and automation tools to help Overview grow faster, smarter, and louder.

• Design and run growth experiments across marketing and outbound

• Use AI agents (e.g., GPT-4o, Claude, AgentOps, etc.) to automate lead generation, SEO, campaign ops, and more

• Own and refresh our website (no need to code — just ship)

• Develop scalable LinkedIn content and community strategies

• Identify opportunities for AI-led funnel optimization

• Build lightweight CRM workflows, email flows, and automations

Overview's tech is far reaching. We deploy highly reliable camera hardware and GPU's into manufacturing and industrial settings. We have an IoT fleet management stack to update, secure, and manage our fleet of devices. We stream this data to our cloud or to a customers hybrid cloud where we have a user facing platform where customers can interact with their devices, deploy new deep learning models, and see advanced analytics.

We use Docker to deploy web infrastructure and deep learning models. We have an extensive deep learning stack using Tensorflow, PyTorch and packaged with Onnx. Our frontend is in React, which is updated in real time from our fleet using MQTT. And the list goes on...

We’re looking for a hands-on Head of Growth to join Overview.ai as an individual contributor. This role is ideal for someone who wants to move fast, experiment relentlessly, and apply AI tools (including agents) to accelerate every part of our growth engine—from awareness to acquisition.

You’ll work directly with the founders and be empowered to make meaningful, measurable changes across our GTM stack.

This is not a team management role (yet). We’re looking for someone who wants to do more than direct—someone who can prototype, test, and ship quickly.

• AI + Agentification of Growth

Incorporate AI agents into our sales, marketing, and customer-facing funnels. Think: automatic LinkedIn outreach, content generation, SEO optimization, and pipeline prioritization.

• Website & SEO Automation

Own updates to our website and use AI tools to automate and improve SEO performance. You’ll measure and drive traffic growth from organic sources.

• LinkedIn as a Growth Engine

Build and automate scalable content, outreach, and engagement strategies on LinkedIn.

• Lead Generation Systems

Design and implement repeatable, data-driven systems to fill the top of the funnel using both outbound and inbound tactics.

• Testing, Analytics, and Iteration

Measure what works and what doesn’t—then iterate fast. We believe in growth loops, not one-off campaigns.

Meet with our CEO or co-founder to learn more about Overview.ai and your background.

• Technical Deep Dive (60 min)

Walk us through examples of your past work and thinking, especially around how you’ve used AI, automation, or agent-style workflows in growth.
