Stepful is on a mission to revolutionize vocational education. We train people with a high school education in 4 months or less and places them into healthcare jobs. Healthcare is the fastest growing industry in the US accounting for 40% of all jobs added including medical assistants, nursing assistants, and phlebotomists.

At Stepful, we’re on a mission to reimagine allied healthcare training by providing affordable, online, instructor-led and AI-enabled education to help learners - especially from underserved communities - launch high-demand healthcare careers on their own terms. In addition to our direct-to-consumer training model, Stepful partners with healthcare institutions to build talent pipelines and career pathways in an effort to mitigate the increasing allied health employee shortage. As the Head of Product, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for defining and executing Stepful's product vision and strategy. You will lead a team of product managers, designers and analysts and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop and enhance products that meet the evolving needs of our students and healthcare partners.

• Product Development: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet student and healthcare partner needs.
