Enerjazz is building battery swapping network (like gasoline stations) for 2M+ electric vehicles in India. Location: Delhi NCR | Function: Sales, Operations & Finance | Experience: 8–18 years Industry: EV, Battery, NBFC, Mobility, Auto Finance Compensation: ₹10–30 LPA + Equity (based on experience) About Us We are building a high-impact company solving battery financing for India’s most hardworking vehicles — electric rickshaws. With capital raised (from global investors) and presence across 5 cities, we aim to unlock access to clean mobility through innovative battery financing and distribution models. Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Leader to take full ownership of our sales, field operations, and financing execution across cities. You’ll be responsible for leading a team, managing NBFC relationships, and building the processes. This is a foundational hire and we expect you to bring a combination of execution muscle, people leadership, and deep knowledge of EV sales or lending. What You'll Do Own monthly battery sales, EMI collections, and portfolio quality targets Build, train and lead city-level sales & field operations teams Manage NBFC partners and unlock financing limits for our customers Identify & onboard dealers, DSA agents, and sales partners in target cities Design and implement field SOPs, CRM tools, incentive programs Solve for credit risk, collections, and repayment flows in low-income markets Report weekly metrics, optimize costs, and own the P&L of the sales engine Who You Are 8+ years of experience in EV sales, e-rickshaw distribution, NBFC, vehicle loans, or mobility operations Managed field teams, sales managers, and credit/collection agents Have deep understanding of last-mile customer behavior, onboarding & risk Comfortable working with informal customers (low documentation, no smartphone, etc.) Hustler attitude: willing to work hands-on in field, with customers & partners Clear communicator and a team builder — can inspire & retain field teams Bonus Points Experience working at/with: Revfin, Akasa, Saera, Euler, Muffin, or similar Set up operations in Tier 2/3 cities Have worked at a startup or scaled ops from scratch Comfortable with Excel, CRM tools, field tracking apps Why Join Us Work on a high-impact problem in EV financing Build a scalable business model from the ground up Join a startup with capital in the bank, but urgency in our DNA Work directly with the founder and take ownership of your vertical 📩 Ready to build the EV future for India’s most hardworking segment?
