Enerjazz is building battery swapping network (like gasoline stations) for 2M+ electric vehicles in India.
The person will be reporting directly to founders.
The person must be very good at communication (not necessarily in English) and people management.
Human Resources:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Prepare and update job descriptions and specifications.
- Foster a positive working environment and culture.
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Identify employee training needs and coordinate professional development initiatives.
- Implement employee retention strategies.
- Create and update HR policies in line with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Ensure all employees are aware of and adhere to company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR and operations roles.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
