β’ The Human Resources Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes and improve overall organizational performance.
β’ This role will involve handling HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests while also preparing data for audits and surveys.
β’ Additionally, the analyst will be involved into HRMS implementation.
β’ This position requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members queries. <h3>π― Requirements</h3> β’ Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role
β’ Proficiency in HR analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
β’ Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
β’ Knowledge of statistical analysis software is an advantage; understanding of HR metrics and benchmarks
β’ Strong ability to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights
β’ Experience in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reporting systems
β’ Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance or a related field
β’ Upper-intermediate level of English
β’ Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data-driven decision-making
β’ Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations
