Human Resources Data Analyst

<h3>📋 Description</h3> • Eleks Compensation & Benefits is looking for Human Resources Data Analyst in Ukraine. • The Human Resources Data Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data analytics to enhance HR decision-making processes and improve overall organizational performance. • This role will involve handling HR dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc requests while also preparing data for audits and surveys. • Additionally, the analyst will be involved into HRMS implementation. • This position requires a data-driven mindset and the ability to provide quick and effective solutions to Executive team members queries. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Proven experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a similar role • Proficiency in HR analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio • Hands-on experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus • Knowledge of statistical analysis software is an advantage; understanding of HR metrics and benchmarks • Strong ability to analyze and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights • Experience in developing and maintaining HR dashboards and reporting systems • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance or a related field • Upper-intermediate level of English • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to data-driven decision-making • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex data insights into actionable recommendations • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment <h3>🏖️ Benefits</h3> • Close cooperation with a customer • Challenging tasks • Competence development • Team of professionals • Dynamic environment with low level of bureaucracy
