Job Description

<h3>πŸ“‹ Description</h3> β€’ Participate in executing strategy around reporting and metrics aligned with ICOA & EBIS strategy and business needs, optimizing the related systems infrastructure and by working with other EBIS teams, as well as GD IT, external partners, and vendors. β€’ Participate in the optimization of user management, content management, performance management and lifecycle management related to reporting and metrics in alignment with the direction set by the EBIS Shared Services team. β€’ Contribute to the platform development facilitating Medical Monitoring Data Quality Management, Risk Based Monitoring, Integrated Reporting and Metrics to Maximize value for GD. β€’ Work with ICOA business owners to develop and deliver reports and metrics such as, but not limited to: Medical monitoring visualizations. β€’ Measure Key Performance and Risk Indicators for clinical development organization to provide Metrics, trends, and insight. β€’ Ad hoc reporting from internal data warehouses. β€’ Providing External reports as assigned. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or Computer Science. β€’ Individual should have a relevant bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working within Data warehouse platforms in a regulated industry, with at least 1 year directly working with matrixed teams. β€’ Other relevant experiences and skills may be considered. β€’ Previous experience of working with reporting / dashboarding software (such as Spotfire, Tableau) in a regulated industry β€’ Experience with Database and ETL, ODW and reporting platforms, integrated data management. β€’ SQL knowledge. β€’ Knowledge of Tibco Spotfire or similar BI software tool such as Tableau, QlikView, Microsoft Power BI, etc. β€’ Technical knowledge of SharePoint set up. β€’ Knowledge of Iron Python, R, R Shiny SAS or similar scripting languages. β€’ Experience in pharma & life sciences industry is preferred β€’ Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills. β€’ Strong planning, organizational and project management skills. β€’ Leading and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously. β€’ Analytical Ability /Quality Results Oriented. β€’ Communications. β€’ Customer Focus. β€’ Innovation & Transformation. β€’ Internal and External Partnering. β€’ Project Leadership. β€’ Process Enhancements. β€’ Solutions Oriented. <h3>πŸ–οΈ Benefits</h3> β€’ Various annual leave entitlements β€’ A range of health insurance offerings to suit you and your family’s needs β€’ Competitive retirement planning offerings to maximise savings and plan with confidence for the years ahead β€’ Global Employee Assistance Programme, TELUS Health, offering 24-hour access to a global network of over 80,000 independent specialised professionals who are there to support you and your family’s well-being β€’ Life assurance β€’ Flexible country-specific optional benefits, including childcare vouchers, bike purchase schemes, discounted gym memberships, subsidised travel passes, health assessments, among others
