• The Lead Data Analyst is responsible for driving the organization’s analytics strategy and overseeing the execution of key analytics initiatives.
• This role provides both strategic leadership and hands-on expertise in developing data-driven solutions to support business decisions.
• The Lead Data Analyst manages analytics projects, defines methodologies, selects tools, and collaborates closely with stakeholders and the broader Data & AI team to deliver impactful insights. <h3>🎯 Requirements</h3> • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership or lead analyst role.
• Strong expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and statistical programming (e.g., Python, R).
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights and analytics solutions in a business environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Background in Agile/Lean methodologies and experience implementing DevOps at scale.
• Experience with big data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse).
• Familiarity with machine learning fundamentals and their application in business intelligence.
