On QFEX, UX comes first: brokerless market access, seamless integration with traditional payment rails, and ultra-efficient Perpetual Futures offered over all asset classes. Trading has never been simpler, cheaper or fairer than with QFEX. Founded by Quants and Engineers from Citadel & Tower Research who saw an opportunity to make markets how they always should have been, QFEX will eventually replace the entire $100 billion exchange and clearing industry. We need a visionary UI/UX designer to work alongside our product team and take the product from feedback to fruition. Define and Build QFEX’s Design System & Brand Identity Establish a cohesive visual language, component library, and interaction patterns tailored for a high-performance trading platform. Lead End-to-End Design Partner closely with frontend engineers to turn wireframes and prototypes into production-ready UI/UX. Institute a Continuous User Research & Feedback Loop Design and run usability studies, A/B tests, and in-platform analytics to validate hypotheses and uncover pain points. Establish Scalable Design Processes & Communication Channels Set up design tooling (Figma libraries, version control, documentation) and workflows (reviews, QA, accessibility checks).
