We're looking for amazing machine learning engineers to help us build the go-to AI search engine. At Phind, you'll get to own and build features from concept to delivery and ship solutions that help hundreds of thousands of users.

Users interact with Phind's large language models multiple times every single second. If you are outstanding at developing, researching, and shipping state-of-the-art models, we'd love to talk to you.

We work with PyTorch, DeepSpeed, CUDA, C++, and TensorRT/TensorRT-LLM. We prefer candidates who are already robust in all of these tools or are able to learn them fast. Exceptional knowledge of systems and low-level concepts is strongly preferred.
