We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a ML Engineer, you will play a crucial part in developing and implementing machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve our products.

• Fine-tune and perform prompt engineering for LLMs (primarily Google's Gemini, OpenAI's GPT 3.5, GPT 4 & GPT-4o, and Anthropic's Claude) to create advanced AI Finance Employees.
• Develop advanced customisable OCR models, chat bots and approvers.
• Architect LLM systems that integrate with third-party tools for diverse Peakflo use cases (e.g., email conversations, user chat interfaces).
• Minimize hallucinations and improve consistency in AI-generated responses.
• Optimize LLM system performance to reduce latency.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in LLM technologies to maintain our competitive edge.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of industry experience with Machine Learning, Statistics and / or LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Extensive experience in Python programming.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like Google Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Python back-end development and launching ML products in production.

• Experience with multiple LLM platforms and frameworks.
