Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute manual test plans and test cases to identify defects and ensure the quality of our platform.

• Work closely with the development team to reproduce, analyze, and resolve bugs.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to understand user needs and to ensure that the platform meets their requirements.

• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases and outcomes for reference and reporting purposes.

• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.

• Ensure high standards of quality through rigorous testing, attention to detail, and collaboration with team members. Qualifications

• Proven experience in manual testing, with a strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and tools.

• Familiarity with API documentation tools and processes, with the ability to understand and test complex APIs.

• A creative problem-solver with a keen focus on identifying and resolving bugs.

• A data-driven decision-maker, comfortable with taking calculated risks, failing fast, and iterating quickly.
