The Role We’re looking for a versatile Marketing Visual Designer who can bridge the gap between compelling visual design and effective marketing execution. In this hybrid role, you'll craft on-brand visuals and drive content-based marketing campaigns that bring our brand to life and convert across channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we show up to our audience—visually and through our voice. This is a driven individual who is deeply attuned to visual design and marketing principles to join our fast-growing team in Ho Chi Minh City. You’ll be a core part of our brand and growth efforts—crafting engaging visual assets that not only look stunning but also drive performance. Your Skills and Experience Required Experience 3–5+ years of experience in visual design, preferably with exposure or experience working on or with performance marketing & growth-focused teams. Strong portfolio of marketing visuals and brand design work. Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.). Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals—especially how design influences conversion, engagement, and brand perception. Experience designing for digital channels (web, mobile, email, social) and overseeing campaign results Strong typography, layout, and color skills with a keen eye for visual balance and detail. Bonus: Video editing, motion design, or experience creating video assets for marketing are a plus. Core Responsibilities Design Responsibilities: Create visual assets for brand and marketing: social graphics, emails, paid ads, presentations, landing pages, etc. Maintain and evolve our visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Build templates and scalable design systems for content and marketing teams. Marketing & Content Responsibilities: Plan and execute email marketing campaigns (newsletters, product updates, promos). Design and publish blog posts—ideally contributing light copywriting or collaborating on content. Collaborate on landing page content and structure with SEO/growth in mind. Coordinate marketing calendars and help launch full-funnel campaigns across channels. Analyze performance of visual/content campaigns and iterate based on data.
