About the Role We're seeking an Observability Architect to help engineering teams successfully adopt and scale observability practices using SigNoz and OpenTelemetry. This is a deeply technical role where you'll work directly with customers to design, implement, and optimize observability architectures for complex distributed systems.

You won't be writing product code day-to-day, but you'll be deep in Kubernetes clusters, instrumentation pipelines, and customer codebase—solving real-world observability challenges. What You'll Do Guide Engineering Teams: Lead customers through their entire SigNoz adoption journey—from initial setup to production scaling and rollout Design Observability Architectures: Create and advise on best-practice observability implementations using SigNoz & OpenTelemetry for complex distributed systems Customer Collaboration: Work 1:1 with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, debug instrumentation, and optimize their monitoring setup Product Advocacy: Be the internal champion for users—influence our product roadmap, documentation, and features with real-world customer insights Guide Engineering Teams: Lead customers through their entire SigNoz adoption journey—from initial setup to production scaling and rollout Design Observability Architectures: Create and advise on best-practice observability implementations using SigNoz & OpenTelemetry for complex distributed systems Customer Collaboration: Work 1:1 with engineering teams to troubleshoot issues, debug instrumentation, and optimize their monitoring setup Product Advocacy: Be the internal champion for users—influence our product roadmap, documentation, and features with real-world customer insights What We're Looking For Technical Background: 2-6 years of experience as a software engineer, infrastructure engineer, SRE, or platform engineer Observability Experience: Hands-on familiarity with observability tools, telemetry pipelines, and monitoring best practices Cloud-Native Expertise: Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure Customer-Focused: You enjoy talking to other developers, sharing knowledge, and helping solve complex technical problems Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineering teams Technical Background: 2-6 years of experience as a software engineer, infrastructure engineer, SRE, or platform engineer Observability Experience: Hands-on familiarity with observability tools, telemetry pipelines, and monitoring best practices Cloud-Native Expertise: Strong experience with Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native infrastructure Customer-Focused: You enjoy talking to other developers, sharing knowledge, and helping solve complex technical problems Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineering teams Bonus Points: Previous entrepreneurial experience or technical founder background Experience with OpenTelemetry Background in distributed systems architecture Experience working with enterprise engineering teams Previous entrepreneurial experience or technical founder background Experience with OpenTelemetry Background in distributed systems architecture Experience working with enterprise engineering teams Why This Role Matters
