As kapa.ai scales to 150+ customers (including Docker, OpenAI, Reddit), our founders and Chief of Staff on what only they can do. We need an exceptional operator to own everything else - the critical behind-the-scenes work that enables growth. We’re a very lean and intense GTM team of former founders and ex-McKinsey consultants.

What you’ll own:

• Financial Operations: Monthly financials, payments, forecasting, treasury management, and expense oversight

• Legal & Contracts: Customer agreements, compliance (SOC II, GDPR), contract reviews, and legal coordination

• People Operations: Onboarding, payroll, HR compliance, and team coordination

• Sales Operations: CRM management, renewal tracking, and revenue process optimization

• General Operations: Vendor management, office coordination, and operational infrastructure You're probably a good fit if you:

• Like putting things in spreadsheets and building systems

• Have 3+ years in operations, tier 1 consulting, or similar role at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company

• Have experience with financial operations, contract management, or legal compliance

• Strong bonus: Legal or contracts background - you've drafted agreements, handled contract negotiations, or worked in legal operations Nice to haves

• Experience at a B2B SaaS company during Series A/B growth phases

• Background in legal operations, contract management, or compliance frameworks

• Financial modeling, FP&A, or accounting experience This is an in-person (Copenhagen-based) role only. 🇩🇰
