Wire harnesses are the nervous systems of everything from EVs to aircraft to data centers. Despite being a $200B+ market, manufacturing is still surprisingly manual and inefficient. We're changing that through building robotics and automation.
The Role
We're looking for a part-time technician to support our production and assembly operations. This is a flexible, hands-on role perfect for students, professionals seeking extra work, or anyone interested in gaining experience in advanced manufacturing.
What You'll Do
Wire harness assembly - Cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing wires
Basic production tasks - Operating equipment and following work instructions
Quality checks - Testing and inspection of finished products
General support - Helping with inventory, packaging, and workspace organization
Required Skills
Attention to detail and quality focus
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Reliable and punctual
Legal authorization to work in Canada
Nice-to-Have's
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
Electronics or electrical experience
Flexible schedule availability
