Performance Marketing Intern

CityFurnish.com is India's fastest growing rental brand providing home furniture & appliances on easy and affordable rentals. Role Summary As a Performance Marketing Intern at Cityfurnish, you will work closely with our performance marketing agency and internal marketing team to support, analyze, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. You will also gain hands-on exposure to acquisition, upsell, and retention marketing strategies, using advanced tools like CleverTap to help enhance user engagement and funnel performance. This role is ideal for a self-starter looking to kickstart a career in digital marketing with a fast-growing brand. Key Responsibilities Assist in managing and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Work with performance marketing agencies to track and review campaign performance. Support analysis of campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Contribute to funnel optimization efforts to improve conversion rates and ROI. Help plan and execute upsell and retention campaigns using marketing automation tools like CleverTap. Track KPIs related to campaign performance, revenue, and engagement. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools to contribute new ideas to the team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, analytics, and product to ensure aligned marketing execution. Skills & Experience 0–1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing (internships and project work count!) Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and digital advertising fundamentals Exposure to customer lifecycle marketing, funnel metrics, or automation tools like CleverTap is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset Familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, or similar reporting tools Excellent communication and teamwork skills Curiosity to learn and a proactive attitude toward campaign ownership 0–1 year of experience in digital or performance marketing (internships and project work count!)
