Qualifications: 10+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or agentic systems, with a strong track record of shipping AI solutions. Proven experience (2+ years) leading engineering teams in AI product development, preferably within startup or incubation-style environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; PhD preferred. - Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow; familiarity with agentic workflows and LLM integration. Demonstrated ability to drive end-to-end product development in fast-paced, ambiguous settings with a bias for execution.

Drive end-to-end development of AI-powered products, from ideation and prototyping to scalable deployment.
