Amazon Logistics is hiring a Logistics Process Management Analyst to join the team leading the expansion of the Amazon Hub network across Brazil.<br><br>The Amazon Hub model is a hybrid AMZL operation that leverages partnerships with small businesses to execute urban logistics in high-risk, low-density, and remote areas. By integrating Amazon’s core technologies and processes, Amazon Hub aims to deliver a best-in-class customer experience, even in the most challenging locations across the country.<br><br>Key job responsibilities<br>- Analyze and report on Hub Delivery performance metrics, supply chain KPIs, and network expansion milestones<br>- Conduct deep dives into complex operational issues using structured problem-solving and quality methodologies<br>- Manage and maintain data integrity across Amazon systems (e.g., Mercury, QLDB, Admiral, Salesforce), while identifying opportunities for automation<br>- Develop, implement, and track Mechanisms of Action Plans (MAPs) to drive continuous operational improvements<br>- Provide cross-functional support through situational leadership, collaborating with field operations and senior stakeholders<br>- Leverage supply chain analytics to enhance route planning, package flow, and overall network efficiency BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field<br>- Previous experience in data analysis or similar role<br>- Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation<br>- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)<br>- Advanced English<br>- Ability to communicate technical insights to non-technical audiences PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
