We are seeking a sharp, driven Product Manager who loves working with users and turning insights into product improvements. You'll join a dynamic, no-bureaucracy team where your ideas and leadership will shape the platform used daily on construction sites. This is a hands-on role combining product strategy, user research, and direct field engagement.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills, charisma, confidence, full language proficiency.
Relevant background: construction manager, superintendent, VDC, real estate, engineering, or technical design roles.
Fast learner: quickly grasp user needs, platform capabilities, and drive enhancements.
Hands-on and comfortable with construction environments and basic tech setups.
Organized and confident managing product priorities and timelines.
Willing to travel occasionally for user interviews and presentations. Responsibilities:
Own and evolve DIDGE product roadmap based on user feedback and priorities
Collect and synthesize insights from project teams and deployments.
Define product specs and work closely with engineering and design.
Support onboarding and gather on-site feedback.
Present updates and gather input from clients and industry events. Advantages:
Familiarity with Autodesk products, Procore, Primavera, Textura, Navisworks, etc.
Understanding of UX and user-centered design.
