This job is a good fit if you have experience in construction or real estate, strong analytical and communication skills, and a passion for cutting-edge technology. Prior software or robotics knowledge is NOT required.

Nextera Robotics is a fast-growing Industrial Robotics and AI company founded at MIT. We develop and deploy fleets of purpose-built robots. Nextera is transforming the Construction Industry with DIDGE AI: a project management platform powered by AI and Autonomous Robots.

We are seeking a sharp, driven Product Manager who loves working with users and turning insights into product improvements. You'll join a dynamic, no-bureaucracy team where your ideas and leadership will shape the platform used daily on construction sites. This is a hands-on role combining product strategy, user research, and direct field engagement.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills, charisma, confidence, full language proficiency.

  • Relevant background: construction manager, superintendent, VDC, real estate, engineering, or technical design roles.

  • Fast learner: quickly grasp user needs, platform capabilities, and drive enhancements.

  • Hands-on and comfortable with construction environments and basic tech setups.

  • Organized and confident managing product priorities and timelines.

  • Willing to travel occasionally for user interviews and presentations. Responsibilities:

  • Own and evolve DIDGE product roadmap based on user feedback and priorities

  • Collect and synthesize insights from project teams and deployments.

  • Define product specs and work closely with engineering and design.

  • Support onboarding and gather on-site feedback.

  • Present updates and gather input from clients and industry events. Advantages:

  • Familiarity with Autodesk products, Procore, Primavera, Textura, Navisworks, etc.

  • Understanding of UX and user-centered design.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and project tools. Compensation: competitive salary + performance bonus + benefits
