Throxy builds vertical-specific AI Sales Agents for legacy industries where generic outreach tools fail. In just six months we’ve grown to >$1.5 M ARR.

We’re looking for someone who can help us scale and keep accelerating.

• Own client relationships and communication from week one
• Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance client success operations
• Contribute to product development based on deep client understanding
• Build and maintain automation workflows
• Deliver enterprise-grade customer success through deep customer understanding
• Exceptional communication and organisational abilities
• Technical understanding and/or systems proficiency (Excel expertise, basic programming/scripting/scraping knowledge, automation tools like Zapier/n8n)
• Systems thinking and problem-solving skills
